Does The Regent have parking?

The Regent doesn’t have its own private car park. However, parking is permitted on a single yellow line from 18:30 to 08.30 at the rear of the hotel. There are no restrictions there on Sundays. Outside these times the nearest and cheapest multi-storey car park is the Queen Anne Car Park. There are alternative parking options, such as the many Park & Ride schemes around the city – for more information visit this website https://cambridgeparkandride.info/. Finally there is an overnight car park at Cambridge Station.  

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included at The Regent. We provide a Grab & Go continental breakfast from 7-11am 7 days a week. This includes, cereals, pastries, toast, jams and preserves, fresh fruit, fruit juices, yoghurts, teas and coffees. Allergy free options are also available. If you have any concerns over any allergens, then please do not hesitate to contact our team on 01223 351470. 

How do I check-in at The Regent?

If you are arriving between 3pm and 8pm, the main entrance to The Regent will be open. Simply enter the building and either check-in using the kiosk at the front desk, or a member of our guest experience team will check you in.


Please note, if you are planning on arriving after 8pm, you will need to use a code to enter the building and complete your check in procedure using our self check in kiosk. Detailed instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival. 

Is the aparthotel pet friendly?

Unfortunately The Regent is not pet friendly, unless a service dog.

Is smoking allowed?

To respect the rest of our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the hotel. A £250 penalty applies if we find evidence of smoking.

Is the aparthotel wheelchair accessible?

The Regent is a Georgian building. There are five steps to access the main entrance. The Regent does benefit from a lift, however, is quite small. The dimensions are:

Depth: 67cm

Height: 270cm

Can my luggage be stored if I arrive before check-in or after check-out time?

Yes, it can. Our guest experience team will hold your luggage behind the desk.

Can you arrange flowers, chocolates or a bottle of champagne for special occasions?

Do you have feather bedding?

All the beddings are hypoallergenic. However, there are feathered decorative cushions in the room. To have these removed before your stay, give us a call on 01223 351470 or email us at reception@theregentcambridge.com .

Is there a lift?

We’re a Grade II listed building, and while we do benefit from a lift, it’s quite small. The dimensions are:
