Does The Regent have parking?
The Regent doesn’t have its own private car park. However, parking is permitted on a single yellow line from 18:30 to 08.30 at the rear of the hotel. There are no restrictions there on Sundays. Outside these times the nearest car park is the Queen Anne Car Park.
How do I check-in at The Regent?
Please note, if you are planning on arriving after 8pm, you will need a smartphone to access the building, as guests not checked in by 8pm will be sent instructions via text explaining how to download our key app for opening our main front door.
Is the aparthotel pet friendly?
Unfortunately The Regent is not pet friendly, unless a service dog.
Is smoking allowed?
To respect the rest of our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the hotel. A £250 penalty applies if we find evidence of smoking.
Is the aparthotel wheelchair accessible?

Can my luggage be stored if I arrive before check-in or after check-out time?
Yes, it can. Our guest experience team will hold your luggage behind the desk.

Do you have feather bedding?
All the beddings are hypoallergenic. However, there are feathered decorative cushions in the room. To have these removed before your stay, give us a call on 01223 351470 or email us at email@example.com .

We’re a Grade II listed building, and while we do benefit from a lift, it’s quite small. The dimensions are:
